How do I get my materials?

Once payment is received we will set up an account for you to enable you to download all materials you have purchased. You will simply login and download. If any of your materials are updated, you will be emailed when updates have been added to your account.

What format are the materials supplied in?

Microsoft Word & PowerPoint

What payment options do you have?

We accept all major credit cards or by EFT.

What happens if my download gets corrupted?

The download link will be available to you from the My Account section of our site, enabling you to download the files again.

Is the material you supply up to date?

Yes the materials are based on the latest requirements and are updated regulary. Your initial purchase price includes updates.

What exactly can I customise?

All of the content can be customised to suit your specific training requirements and your company logo can also be added.

Can I use the material in multiple locations?

Yes. If your company operates from multiple locations, the material can be used from each of them.

Can I use the material at client sites?

Yes.

Can I resell the material?

No, the material cannot be resold or given away.

Can I give electronic copies of the courseware to students?

No, electronic copies of the courseware should not be distributed in any form.

How do I purchase?

Can I use the material as online content?

Yes you can purchase an online-use licence which enables you to use all content as online content. This licence is priced at an additional $499 per package or $99 per unit.

How do I get samples?

Is there an annual licence fee?

No.

Can I choose the electives I want in a package?

Yes. You can opt for the package with the electives we have selected or choose you own. If you’d like to see all electives we have available for any particular qualification please email us on sarah@rtomaterials.com.au and we will email you all the information you need.

What discounts are available?
